日前,水能利用的主导观念是高坝蓄水。不可否认,高坝蓄水,对水能的利用前期起到了决定性的作用。但高坝蓄水,使河流主要作用由疏导改变成了拦阻,违背了河流的自然规律,一是高水位易引发次生地质灾害,二是造价极为高昂,三是造成了潜在的军事危情,移民也为社会造成了负担,非常值得考虑。
At present, the guiding concept of waterpower utilization is water storage with high dam. Undeniably, that has played a decisive role at the beginning of the waterpower utilization. However, the main function of rivers, under that way, turned from dredge to block, which violates the laws of nature. Firstly, high water level can easily lead to secondary geological disaster. Secondly, the cost is extremely expensive. Thirdly, it creates a potential military crisis situation. In addition, immigrants could burden the society. Therefore, that concept is very worthy of consideration.
水流发电现有的方式:一是高坝蓄水后用高压水流冲击水轮的单页面,进行能量转换,二是利用涡轮机进行能量转换。
The existing ways of water power generation: the first one is realizing energy conversion by impacting the single blade of the wheel with high pressure water from high dam and the second one is switching the energy by turbine.
第二种方式,是在水自然流动的条件下对水流能利用。但存在着安装支撑要求高,水流截面小,水文适应性差的缺点。
The second way is realized under the water natural flow condition. However, it has some shortcomings such as high requirements of installation and support, smaller flow section and bad adaptability of hydrology, etc.
设计者的第三种方式是“双轮同步装置”。

它适用于任何流量的水流,能适应水流的任何角度;中、低流速水流可用,高速度的水流能更能发挥作用。既能在大、小河流中运行,也可用于洋流、潮汐发电。
It applies to any flow and any angle of water flow: both medium water speed and lower water speed can be used, while it works much better in fast water flow. It can run in big or small rivers as well as ocean current and tide.
它的设计理念是:对相邻的水轮叶片相互交错排列,最大限度的缩小两个水轮逆向转动面的面积,减小水流对装置(和装置对固定设施)的无效冲击力,大幅度提高水流能的有效利用率。
Its design concept: by ranging the adjacent blades of waterwheel staggered one another and reducing the area of the reverse rotating side of two waterwheels as much as possible, reducing the invalid impact of the water flow to the device (and the device to fixed facility), therefore, improving the effective utilization rate of the water flow substantially.
本装置可以任意加节,使水轮装置的长度向下延伸,成倍提高水轮扭矩力;装置可以横向任意多个并排安装,构建任意大小的梳子状水流发电网阵。

该装置是将传统的通过改造水流条件,利用水流冲击水轮的一侧进行发电,改变为利用自然水流冲击两同步水轮的外侧进行发电; 将传统发电站的大水头、一次性截能,改变为多层次自然条件下的开放式截能方式。
This device changes the traditional way which generates power by changing of water flow condition and impacting one side of the waterwheel with water flow to a new way which generate power by impacting the outside of the dual synchronous waterwheels with nature water. The device also changes the big faucet and one-off energy intercept of the traditional power station to open-end energy intercept way under multi-layered nature condition.
为增强装置的牢固度,以应对大水深或高速水流对装置的冲击,可延长支架上、下尾部,并在适当位置设置1个或多个同心孔,用于垂直安装固定桩,与前后整流体的固定桩并列,与水流方向同向排列,形成网格式固定桩阵,大大提高装置的抗冲击能力。(如图)
